1. What should I do if there is an issue with the product?
Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt to confirm that it matches your order, is free from defects or damage, and that all accessories are included. If you do not notify us of any issues via the website's Chatbox within 5 working days of delivery, the product will be deemed to have been delivered correctly and in good condition.
2. Can I get a refund?
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept requests for product exchanges or order cancellations. Refunds are only accepted when replacement products are out of stock.
3. How long does a refund take?
After we review and approve your exchange or refund request, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your payment account within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Delivery fees will not be refunded.
