1. Products andorders:
1.1 This Website ispublished by SEB Asia Limited, having its registered office at22/F, Airside, 2 Concorde Road, Kai Tak, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
1.2 This Website is intended only for consumers wishing to order Tefal and Krups domestic appliances products(“Products”) online for delivery in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China from Synergy Technologies (Asia) Limited., with its registered office at 3118,31/F, 1 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong (“Synergy”).
1.3 By placing an order through the Tefal Official E-shop (“Website”),you accept and agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions of Sale, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice and any other terms and conditions published on this website. If you do not agree and/or accept any of these terms and conditions, do not use our online store services.
1.4 SEB Asia Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such change however will have no effect on orders that were submitted before posting of such revised terms and conditions on this Website.
1.5 An order indicates acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Items for sale.
1.6 Any Item for sale on the Site is available for online purchase. Orders can be placed either as a guest or by creating a user account. You can log in with your username (email address) and password if you already have a user account.
1.7 If your user account is set up with a personal username and password, you are solely liable for all transactions using those details. Thus, you must ensure the password is secure and save it only yourself.
1.8 After selecting and adding the desired Item (s) to the cart, you must review the order's content, select the delivery and payment method, recheck the order, and confirm the order.
1.9 Once the order and payment have been confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.
1.10 We only sell exclusively to individuals and in quantities customary of the retail trade. As a result, the number of orders for the same Item and the quantities of Items ordered by reference may be limited.
1.11 We will notify you if the Items are unavailable.
1.12 A product may no longer be available following order validation and payment. In this event, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment within 2 – 4 weeks of the date of the notification, subject to the payment method policy.
1.13 Please note that the on-screen display of the colours or designs of products may differ from the actual appearance or size of products offered on the Website.
2. Prices
2.1 Prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollar. Although all prices and information have been verified as accurate at the publication time, changes may nevertheless occur without prior notice. Shipping costs are excluded from these prices.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price you are billed will be in place when your order is confirmed.
2.3 A large number of products are available on our website. Despite our reasonable efforts, there is always the possibility that some of the Products listed on our website may be priced incorrectly. If Synergy finds that product is incorrectly priced on this website, we will inform you and you can choose to continue purchasing the item at the correct price or to cancel the order. Synergy will not process the order until Synergy has received your instructions. If Synergy is unable to reach you through the contact information you provided during the order processing, the order will be deemed cancelled and you will be notified inwriting. Please note that Synergy is not required to provide you with the wrong (lower) price if the price is clearly mispriced and you should reasonably be able to believe that the price is mispriced.
3. Payment:
3.1 Payment for purchases is made online when ordering.
3.2 You may pay for your Products by the methods of payment as may be displayed on the payment page of the Website. By proceeding with the payment, you also agree to the terms and agreements of the designated payment service provider, if any.
4. Payment by voucher
4.1 A voucher can be used to pay for all or a part of your order. This is not sub-dividable and may be added to use with another form of payment.
4.2 The unused portion of the voucher is lost and will not be refunded if the total cost of the order is less than the amount of the voucher
4.3 A voucher allows you to pay for your purchases or, if necessary, use it with another form of payment.
5. DeliveryService
5.1 Service Hours:
5.1.1 Orders will be processed within 5 working day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays upon successful payment.
5.1.2 The delivery service time is from Monday to Saturday, starting from 9:00 am to 6:00pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
5.1.3 Deliveries will not be made when typhoon signal no. 8 is hoisted or when a black rainstorm warning is in effect and in such cases, delivery of the ordered item(s) will be rescheduled.
5.2 Delivery Time:
5.2.1 The actual delivery time will be affected by actual conditions such as traffic, area, weather and other factors. The delivery person and the recipient make the final confirmation.
5.2.2 If you haven’t received any delivery updates, your order is still processing.
5.2.3 The delivery date is provided based on the best estimation and Synergy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses for failure to deliver in accordance with the delivery or shipment dates given. In the event any of the Products ordered are out of stock, this may mean the whole order is delayed.
5.2.4 If there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the shipping date will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the arrangement of SF Express and the notification SMS sent by SF Express for the actual shipping date.
5.3 For orders delivered by SF Express to the specified delivery address
5.3.1 Delivery Charges:
- For a single order with a total NET value (After deducting coupon value) under HK$500, a delivery charge at HK$80 per order will be applied. For a single order with a total NET value (After deducting coupon value) equal to or over HK$500, the delivery charge will be waived.
- Additional charges HK$120 may apply for deliveries to Sai Kung, Shek O, Stanley, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tai O
- Additional charges may apply for our delivery service. Synergy will provide the relevant details and reach an agreement with the consumer before completing any order.
5.3.2 Delivery Areas:
- Synergy will only deliver according to the contact information and delivery address registered on the order.
- Customers can request delivery according to the delivery scope provided by Tefal Official e-shop in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- The delivery service is limited to the fixed address in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, which can be delivered by land transportation, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.
- Delivery service is not applicable to non-fixed addresses, airport borders, restricted areas, outlying islands, restricted areas of the hotel, logistics warehouses, transshipment warehouses or places requiring security passes/customs clearance and/or PO Box addresses.
5.3.3 Re-Delivery Fees:
- If the Products fail to be delivered due to the receiver' s reason (including, without limitation, the delivery address is incorrectly filled in, the delivery address is a post office box, the delivery is prevented by security personnel, or the receiver refuses to sign for the delivery of the ordered Products, etc.) and are returned to Synergy, Synergy may reschedule the shipment of the returned Products, provided that a HK $200 re-delivery fee and administration fee will be charged.
- If delivery is not completed within 30 days due to receiver-related issues, the product will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
5.3.4 For tracking of waybill, please use the tracking system provided by SF Express, Track &Trace (sf-express.com)
5.4 For orders applicable to SF Express Pickup Network (SF Express store)
5.4.1 If the customer chooses to pick up the goods at the SF Express store, please select "S.F. Express Store Self Pickup" in the order address column and select the appropriate SF store.
5.4.2 Please enter a valid and correct mobile phone number in the order contact number field to receive a notification SMS containing pickup information from SF Express.
5.4.3 Under normal circumstances, we will ship the products after the order is accepted. If there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the shipping date will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the arrangement of SF Express and the notification SMS sent by SF Express for the actual shipping date. After the goods arrive at the S.F. Express Store, Synergy will not be responsible for SF Express and subsequent arrangements and will not be responsible for it.
5.4.4 Customers need to pick up the shipment at the S.F. Express Store within 3 days after the notification SMS sent by SF Express is sent, and the overdue shipment will be collected by SF Express. Customers need to call the SF Express Customer Service Hotline (+852 27300273) to reschedule the pickup
5.4.5 If the customer does not pick up the goods within 5 working days after the goods arrive at S.F. Express Store, the company reserves the right to takeback the goods. If a rescheduled delivery is required, the customer is responsible for all resulting costs.
5.4.6 When the customer picks up the package at the S.F. Express Store, it is necessary to check the recipient information before picking up the package.
5.4.7 For tracking of waybill, please use the tracking system provided by SF Express, Track &Trace (sf-express.com).
5.5 To protect our customers' interests, you may be required to present your invoices upon delivery and/or pick-up. We reserve the right to refuse delivery and/or collection if customers fail to present related documents.
5.6 When the goods arrive, please check whether the ordered goods are complete, and confirm receipt of the goods by the recipient with signature.
5.7 The delivery will be declared complete when the items are delivered to the address you provided.
5.8 After delivery is complete, the merchandise will be on your own responsibility.
5.9 Weare not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
5.10 In case of any dispute, Synergy reserves the right of final decision and cannot be overturned.

6. Cancellation:
6.1 Cancellation of order is not allowed once payment is made and successful.
6.2 Any cancellation request may be turned down at our sole discretion. In the event of any disagreements, our determination shall be final and conclusive.

7. Return, Refund and Exchange:
7.1 Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
7.2 You are requested to examine the goods immediately after receiving the Product to check whether the Product ordered are the same as what you ordered, whether there is any deficiencies and/or damages and whether the accessories are complete. The Product will be deemed to have been correctly delivered and accepted by you intact unless you notify Synergy by Website Chat box of the problem within 5 working days after the delivery of the Product is completed.
7.3 Synergy shall, at our own discretion, determine that the Product (s) is/are eligible for exchange or refund. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange exchange of products. Return of goods and refund will only be accepted when the replacement products have been out.
7.4 You are entitled for exchange or refund by fulfilling the below conditions, otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund:
- You must provide sufficient evidence demonstrating that the product was defective prior to delivery and was not subject to any artificial damage.
- Upon review of the materials provided by you, Synergy confirms that the Product was defective before the Product was delivered to you through no fault of your own.
- The Product to be returned or exchanged should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage, unless such damage, scratches, stains or water stains existed before the Product was delivered to you.
- Original packaging, accessories and in-pack printed materials should be returned together with the Product in good condition.
- The Product to be returned should not be registered online for warranty service or undergone any repair.
- The model and quantity of Product(s) conform with the order.
- Invoice should be presented to us for verification.
7.5 If you notify Synergy of the problem more than 5 working days after the product delivery has been completed, your request will be escalated to SEB Asia Limited’s appointed Service Center for further handling. In the event that a defect is found following inspection and/or verification, SEB Asia Limited’s appointed Service Center will repair and/or replace the Product at their discretion.
7.6 All gift items must be returned together with other returned Products. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
7.7 After our review and approval of your exchange or refund request, Synergy will only exchange or refund ordered item(s) within 7 working days after the delivery service is completed. The corresponding amount will be refunded to you within 2 - 4 weeks to your payment account, subject to the payment method policy. We will not refund any delivery charges.
7.8 You will not receive notification from us after the payment has been successfully transferred to your payment account. Please verify the payment directly through your chosen payment method.
7.9 Refunds After Coupon Usage
- Full Refund: In the event of a full refund, the actual refund amount will be calculated by deducting the value of the coupon applied to the purchase. The refund will be issued for the remaining balance after this deduction.
- Partial Refund: In the case of a partial refund, the refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The proportion of the coupon value relative to the total purchase amount will be determined, and this proportion will then be applied to the value of the product(s) being refunded. The refund will be issued based on this adjusted amount.
8. Warranty

8.2 Unless otherwise stated, no warranty is provided for spare parts, accessories and/or consumables for Tefal and Krups branded domestic appliances products sold on the Website.
9. Circumstances Beyond Synergy’s Reasonable Control
Synergy will make every effort to perform Synergy’s obligations under the contract with you. However, Synergy cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a delay, Synergy will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Data Protection
10.1 If you are a registered user, you can view your order history by entering your WebOrder Number so that you can check the status and contents of your order.
10.2 By placing your order, you agreed and understand that we may store, process and use the data collected from your order form for processing your order. These data will be treated in conformance with our Privacy Policy which is available by clicking on the button “Privacy Policy” in the footer of this Website. If you wish to have access to information we hold concerning you, or if you want to make any changes, or if you do not want to receive information from us, please follow the procedure set forth in the Website’s Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
12. Miscellaneous
In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
